In accordance with the European data protection law (Art.13, European Regulation 2016/679) the User acknowledges that Vigilia Cyber ​​S.r.l. undertakes to process the User’s personal data according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of confidentiality. Therefore, the User is informed that:

A. DATA CATEGORIES: the object of the processing may be your personal data such as personal details (name and surname), contact details (email address and telephone number) and the personal data contained in the message which is the subject of your request.

 

B. DATA CONTROLLER: the data controller is Vigilia Cyber ​​S.r.l., with registered office in Via Dogana, 3, 20123, Milan (MI), VAT number 14045600963, contactable by telephone at the email address dpo@consitek.com

 

C. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: the personal data held by the Data Controller are collected directly from the interested party.

 

D. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: the processing of your data, collected and stored in relation to the completion of this form, has as its legal basis your consent and is carried out to provide you with feedback regarding the request that is the subject of the completion of this contact form.

 

E. DATA RECIPIENTS: within the limits relevant to the processing purposes indicated, your data may be communicated, if necessary, to other subjects connected to the processing activities, internal and external to the Data Controller, such as employees and similar, partners, consulting firms, private companies. Your data will not be disclosed in any way.

 

F. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES: The data collected may be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area, pursuant to an adequacy decision by the Commission or in the presence of adequate guarantees, pursuant to the registration of the recipients in the Data Privacy Framework List.

RETENTION PERIOD: the data collected will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed (“principle of limitation of conservation”, art.5, GDPR) or based on the deadlines established by law. The verification of the obsolescence of the data retained in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.

H. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY: the interested party always has the right to request from the Data Controller access to his/her data, the correction or deletion of the same, the limitation of the processing or the possibility of opposing the processing, to request the portability of the data, to revoke the consent to the processing by asserting these and other rights provided by the GDPR through a simple communication to the Data Controller. The interested party can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

 

I. OBLIGATION TO COMMUNICATE DATA: we inform you that the provision of data is optional for some fields and mandatory for others (indicated by an asterisk) and any failure to provide them will result in the failure to perform the requested service.

 

J. DATA PROCESSING METHODS: the personal data provided by you will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of the Data Controller. The data will be processed both with computer tools and on paper and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the appropriate security measures pursuant to the GDPR.

 

M. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES: no automated decision-making processes are envisaged.
