The data that may be communicated by the User through the Site will be treated with the utmost care and with all the tools necessary to ensure their security, in full compliance with current legislation placed to protect the confidentiality of data. We wish to inform you that the “European Regulation 2016/679 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data” (henceforth “GDPR”) provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of data of a personal nature as a fundamental right. Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, therefore, we inform you that:

A. CATEGORIES OF DATA: The subject of processing may be your personal data such as:
a. Automatically collected data. The computer systems and applications dedicated to the operation of this website detect, in the course of their normal operation, certain data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) potentially associated with identifiable users. 1. For automatically collected data, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the owner and the purpose is to ensure and improve the web browsing experience.
2. For data provided voluntarily by the user, the legal basis is consent and, for sending emails to our addresses, the purpose is to be able to send responses to specific requests made by the user; for forms, the purpose is indicated in the specific information notice.

E. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA: To the extent pertinent to the processing purposes indicated, your data may be communicated, where appropriate, to other parties related to the processing activities, internal and external to the Data Controller, such as employees and assimilates, partners, consulting companies, private companies, third party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies. 2. The data voluntarily provided by the user will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed or according to the deadlines provided by the legal regulations.

The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

OBLIGATORY OR NON-CONFORMING PROVISION OF THE DATA: The provision of your data is mandatory while browsing our website with regard to points D.1 and D.2 of the above-mentioned purposes, in order to allow the proper provision of the service. On the other hand, the provision of consent of your data for point D.3 is optional and will in no way compromise the provision of the service.
